Druzaray Aluminium and Glass Cooperative was established in 2012 by five members and is under the chairmanship of Tshidi Moreane. The cooperative is based in Mokgareng Village in Taung. The cooperative caters to both the commercial sector and domestic clients, offering a full service from consultation, design, manufacturing and installation of a range of aluminium products. After four years in business they experienced a lack of growth to access more lucrative markets. The products offered by the business were not competitive. Seda facilitated product quality testing from the South African Glass and Glazing Association (SAGGA). Quality assurance enabled the business to attract more clients which boosted turnover from R1.4 million to R1.7 Million. In the process they employed 6 more people.
